Food, Stress & Body Image
Session 1 – Stress and Food. We will be working on resetting the nervous system with yoga and talking about the emotional coping & Food. This session will end with stress management tools you can use in the moment and low stress food ideas.
Session 2 – Body Image and Food. We will be practicing a body positive yoga practice and then discussing the actual link between weight and food. We will do a body positivity meditation and discuss how to cultivate a healthy body image for your kids.
Practical info:
- Sunday 4 and 11 June (10:00-12:00) – welcome from 9:45.
- €60 each or both classes for €110. Early Bird Special till 25 May: both classes for €95.
