Most parents I work with are not short on information. They have read the books, followed the accounts, checked the guidelines twice. What they are short on is inspiration — standing in front of the open fridge with no idea what to make. Family Food Waves is where that changes. You will get food on the table – but we start with why you can’t right now. Because it almost certainly isn’t your skills. And if it is, more skills won’t solve it.
Family Food Waves is a non-diet program that helps you raise healthy eaters from within, starting with you. Short audio episodes on the standards you never chose, what a good meal actually means in your house, and how that meal gets to the table without taking your whole evening. Family Food Waves is not about fixing your child’s eating, and it won’t offer you a meal plan to follow. But you’ll still know what to eat. You’ll build a recipe library. It just lives in your head, not on your phone – so everyday mealtimes ask less of you, not more. One parent described what it gave her: less headspace, fewer worries around feeding. I asked what that allowed her to do. She said – play with my daughter, watch her eat, connect.
Family Food Waves is closed for now and opens again this autumn, meal-focused – because the mindset work should get you somewhere. The first round runs live with me, starting in October.
