I graduated as a communication scientist and work as a health editor and journalist.
2014.
I run Natural High (my e-zine about health, sports, and well-being), and study orthomolecular health care and functional nutrition.
2018.
I start my education as a dietician at the Erasmus Hogeschool Brussel.
2019.
I give birth to my first son. Thanks to the combination of textbooks, pampers and cooking pots, I know I want to help new moms and young families with a healthy nutritional start.
2022.
I graduate as an INAMI-registered dietitian and I am happy to help you and your family with preventive or curative nutrition counseling. I want to share my knowledge and tools with you to enable you to eat in a way that feels good, diet-free, with the whole family.
2023.
I welcome my second son into the world. My first son continues to teach me how to become a mother. My second son is teaching me how to become myself.
2025.
I helped more than 20 international families break free from food refusals, mealtime battles, and overthinking food. I start writing again, with a focus on bodily agency, free choices, and healthism.
